Generating winhelp from robohelp 6

I'm currently trying to create a windows 2000 help file using RH6 for word and word 2003. MY compiler returns a message stating that: "Failed to generate winhelp". This is in connection with a legacy issue hence, in this case I'm not using robohtml etc. Could this be a word problem?:

Sounds like there is more to it than that. Check further up the log. Is there another error? Sometimes you'll get that message if it can't open/delete the existing .hlp. Is it opened somewhere? Is it read/write (not checked out)?

Hi Phil
No other errors were displayed and as far as I know help was not opened elsewhere. Also nothing was in a read only state due to being already checked out....
