Question

Genius needed for a BlueLagoon template

Dear genius that will solve my problem, here is the thing :

As I was changing my template, the toctiles disappeared suddenly. Therefore, I choose the same one (untouched) to see what was the difference but there's none !

Any ideas ? I am attaching screenshots to this post.

Did you check this setting in your new template? If you choose to assign tile graphics through the TOC, and this is not checked in your new template, it will impact what you see in your published output.

Hi, yup, I checked it but in the end, it didn't changed anything. So I just started over around 10 times before it works well again.

Also where did you change the image?

My turn not to be clear. In the second copy of the template without your image applied, the tiles show OK. They only fail to show with your image, correct.

When you first added your image, did the tiles still show at first or the problem was as soon as you added your image?

So that we are crystal clear, if you go to Templates and create a new Blue Lagoon template calling it say Blue Lagoon 2 and you do not make any changes, it shows the image in your screenshots. That does not look like the default image.

Nop ! It is not the default image because I told at the beginning that I already made some modifications, maybe I was not as clear as I thought, sorry !

You haven't said which version of RoboHelp you are using. Please always start a thread with this information.

Please go to Help > About and include the full version number.

Also please use the photo icon to insert images within the post. Seeing an image inline with the text makes it easier for anyone answering or viewing the post.

I think what you are saying is that the image is covering the tile area. If that is the case, what I would do is create a new copy of the Blue Lagoon template and compare the settings that impact the size. I think maybe that is what you mean by "I chose the same one" but I'm not sure. Also which image is which?

The image is not the one I see in 2022.4 so maybe you have added a new image?

Please clarify the points I have raised and insert the images inline with a note as to which is which. Then maybe I or someone can help you better.

Sorry for the previous mistakes in the post, let me clarify everything :

My Robohelp version is 2022.4.179 and I already made some modification on the template that used to work perfectly (background color, etc..).

This is the problem : I was modifiying the template BlueLagoon to put a new background and to change the color of the output. When I generated the output, non of the tile-box appeared. Therefore, I came back on Robohelp and I saw that the preview showed nothing now (see the following picture). The aim would be to bring the tile-boxes back:

Therefore, I've decided to use another BlueLagoon template, untouched, with no modifications, nothing, so I could compare them and have the right numbers in my layout, etc... I did it but nothing happened.

I don't know what's wrong, because it used to work perfectly for several weeks ! I am putting screenshots of other elements that may impact the tile-box element (toc-list, toctiles and container) in this following order. If needed, the category is shown on the left panel:
