Getting Left Navigation on Topics in New Windows
When I right-click on a topic from my RoboHelp 7 HTML Webhelp
help system's TOC to launch it in a new browser window, with the
intent of capturing the URL, I get this path:
http://companyName.com/topicName.htm.
When the file launches in my browser there is a Show [Left Navigation] link. The path then changes to:
http://index.html#companyName.com/topicName.htm.
I want "index.html#" to always be included in the path so that the Left Navigation always appears. Why? Because my technical support engineers would like to send such links to customers, and sometimes they forget to click the Show link to get the "right" path. How can I achieve this goal?
