Getting Multiscreen HTML5 to the users?

I feel like I'm missing something simple here, so I hope someone can help.

I've developed some help/documentation in RoboHelp 10.  I generated output in Multiscreen HTML5, because this help might be seen on Android tablets, iPads and perhaps other devices.

Because the help is for applications that are specific to my company, and proprietary, it wouldn't be possible to post the files on a public-facing website.  But if I post them on the company intranet, then users would have to be logged into the company network in order to see the help.

Multiscreen HTML5 is perfect for what I'm trying to accomplish -- much better than a PDF or an eBook -- but is there any way to overcome the problem with accessing the files?

Usually help is packaged with the software that calls it - how are you getting your software on the devices?

What you are missing is that Multiscreen does not mean one output for every device, it means you can output multiple outputs each suited to a specific device.

Whilst the Multiscreen HTML5 stuff in my RoboHelp Tour is not 100% complete, there is enough there to let you see how it works. You can access it from my site.

You are going to have to sit down with your developers as it is up to them how the different output options will be made available.

Hi there

Not sure what you mean by "overcome the problem with accessing the files".

Are you saying it's a problem because the files need to be secure? Yet the devices are operating in an unsecure arena on the other side of your firewall? I'm not sure there is a good way past that.
