Getting Updates for RH8-HTML outside of the Auto Updates

Question

I have RH8-HTML.Part of the startup is to check for updates to the software at the Adobe mother ship.This NEVER completes, as I suspect there is something in our network or firewall stopping this, so I suspect I'm at the base release of RH8-HTML and some of its functionality acts a little flaky from time to time.  To rule out any real issues, I would like to be sure I'm at the latest patch level, but since the auto updates never even start, let alone finish, I'm in a bit of a pickle.The same update can be invoked from HELP - UPDATES..., but it yields the same results as the auto update with the message of:"The update server is not responding, which means it might be offline at the moment, or the Internet or firewall settings may be incorrect. Please try again later."Is there somewhere I can DOWNLOAD a service pack and apply it to RH8-HTML outside of the normal automatic update function?

When RH8 HAS any updates ;>) - look for them at www.adobe.com/downloads/updates/

Even those of us that do get updates for our other TCS suite programs through Help > Updates know that that mechanism is a bit flakey ;>)
