Hi All,

Working with RHX5, developing webhelp.

I have got glossary defined in Project A and want to use the same glossary in Project B.
Is this possible?
May be RH stores all the glossary terms in a file or something like that and I could use this file in another project?

Hi Kewal

The glossary is normally found in a little ASCII text file named after your project, but bearing a file extension of .GLO. So I would suggest closing RoboHelp, locating the ProjectName.GLO in the project with the glossary. Then copy it over to the project where you want the glossary to end up. Delete or rename the original .GLO file and rename the copied file to match what RoboHelp is expecting. Restart RoboHelp HTML and the new glossary should be visible.

Cheers... Rick
