Glossary does not show up

I have created a list of Glossary terms in my RoboHelp HTML project and the list appear s in the compiled CHM file. However, the glossary is blank when the .chm file is incorporated into the actual software suite and the hourglass is weird.

    Hi Cheri,

    this pops up once in a while....you need to install and register the HHActiveX.dll on each PC that accesses the help. This is used for the glossary of terms and browse sequences. By default this is installed on a PC that has Robohelp installed which is why you don't experience the problem locally.
