Graphics not displaying in RoboHelpX5 compiled WinHelp output

Hi

Has anyone here converted a WinHelp project in RoboHelpX5 where their graphics are in a number of BMROOT directories? When I compile in X5 the output is missing all graphics, even though they are in the X5 project. When I compile via Help Workshop the graphics display fine. For reason’s you’ll find in a previous entry I am stuck with WinHelp for now, so other outputs aren’t an option ;-(

Any help if you've been there (or even a well intended suggestion) much appreciated.

Cheers
Heather

oops....this was meant to be a reply to my earlier graphics post.....

For future reference...I am still trying to figure this one out but all things are pointing at the possibility this is because the help project was originally developed on a Japanese operating system. I have found a number of Japanese characters in the HPJ file (particularly in the BMROOT reference), so it is possible this is the culprit. Again, I'll update this post for other's benefits once I know more. Meantime of course, if you have anything to add I'd appreciate it.

Cheers
Heather
