Has the ability to print directly to PDF been restored?

 I am constantly having requests for a PDF of topics within a TOC folder.  I used to be able to do that within seconds.  But with 2019, I understand it becomes a time-consuming process.  Has this ability been restored to 2020?

    It's a right click in the topic in 2020 if upgrading is an option. Free if you have a subscription. Otherwise either the user creates a PDF by sending the topic to a printer or you do the same.
