having a problem with Upgrade Robohelp Classic Project

I am converting projects from RoboHelp 2017 to RH2022, using the "Upgrade RoboHelp Classic Project" option. In one project, the error "Upgrade project failed" appears, and when I click "View log," I get an empty screen.

I found a similar problem described on the Adobe website, but its answer didn’t seem relevant to my situation.

Now what?

I think it was recommended to upgrade to RoboHelp 2019 Classic first in this scenario. Otherwise it’s some troubleshooting. Try creating two copies of the project and deleting different halves to find the cause of the issue.

I can upgrade to 2019 Classic for you. See the Contact page on my site and send the 2017 project.

My site www.grainge.org includes many free Authoring and RoboHelp resources that may be of help.

Please add a link to that post as whilst it might not seem relevant to you, it might trigger a thought for me.

Was 2017 on the final update?
