having problems with RH2022 review process using Sharepoint

Our goal is to generate a project that we can send (or at least portions) to Sharepoint so our development team can review. However, when I begin the Review process (Share a project with specific topics selected for review and send it to a team member), the notice that appears in my e-mail has a 

Practice Review and a View Comments button. When I click either of thesek,  I get a screen with this message:

 

any ideas?

    When you click Share, the upload goes to Adobe’s servers. Why are you uploading to yours instead?
