Header and Footer not appearing in output file

Good morning,

I have installed RoboHelp 2022 and generated a test PDF file. I have a Masterpage that I used for the topic that has Header and Footer information. When I preview the page the Header and Footer display. When I generate the page to my local computer, the and Preview it, the Header and Footer do not display. Can anyone provide me insite into what the issue may be?

I'm not certain but I think you might need to create a pdf template? Have a look at Peter's Robohelp Tour to see if the information about templates helps. There are several topics for different sorts.
