Header/Footer

I am experiencing an issue w/ headers/footers. I have a header which contains an icon that will take you home. I also have a footer w/ copy write information - the headers/footers were created in the template. The template has been applied to all topics. However, when i generate the primary layout, the header/footer is only appearing on the home page of the help system. It disappears from all other topic pages for some resason even thow it shows in the WYSIWYG. Any ideas on how to fix this?

I've just posted a possible solution in the thread Terry links to.

Hi,

I posted a similar problem with footers and templates a while back and found out some interesting facts. It appears to be a bug. Attached is a link to my posting on this matter. Hope this helps.
