Header Logo URL issue in RoboHelp 2022

I am creating  help content in RoboHelp 2022. I have a image in my header and when i click on that image , a default page should open. I have created a default page and added that page as a link in Header Logo URL. I am generating a Responsive output for my project as that is my requirement.

When i test from my local i am able to see the default page when i click on the image. When i deploy it to server and test it, its not showing the default page. It is still showing some other page which is not there in my application at all.

Is there any other configuration that has to be done for this?

When you open the help, is the default topic showing correctly both locally and on the server? So the "only" issue is the logo does not open the same topic when it is on the server, correct?

Which template are you using and where are you setting that URL?

When i am opening locally its working correctly. After deploying to server when i click on that image, its showing the wrong page as i mentioned before. I am adding the Default page in Default Topic as shown in the above image.

I am using Responsive output for my project.  I have added the default URL like this -

I Need this page to open when i click on the image in the header.

You are talking about the image here, correct?

That automatically links to the default topic defined here.

The image is from a frameless preset but it's the same setting in responsive presets.

Is that not what is happening or are you adding some other image?

I am using Responsive output for my project as that is the requirement.

I have configured the same way in my project. It is not displaying the default page which i have added, instread it is showing some other page, which is not part of the project at all.

So, it works locally, but not on the server? Sounds like a caching issue - I'd clear out all the files on the server & re-upload them to make sure you have the complete set of files.

I have tried this option, uploaded the files twice just to be sure.....i am able to see the default page in the server. But when i try to click on the image the path itself is wrong. It is showing some other page which is not there in the project at all. This page is getting displayed.

Could be a caching issue on the server - have you had your IT folks have a look?
