Help importing word doc

Every time i try to import a word doc into my robohelp project it crashes and says robohelp has ran into a problem and restart the application.

2019 Classic or New UI?
Is the document in DOCX format?
It must be for the new UI so if in DOC format, save it as DOCX.
If you are using Classic try the opposite format to whatever it is now.
Import the simple document into the About RoboHelp sample project to see if that crashes RoboHelp.
If it doesn't then try your own document.

If all still crashes RoboHelp, then it looks like an installation issue. I would uninstall RoboHelp, reboot and install again. RoboHelp must be installed with admin rights. Install to the default location.

2019release version 14.0.14 and has been updated with same issue
