Help me publishing HTML5 to local drive

We are working with some multi screen projects that takes a long time to publish. Its very time consuming.

Is there any way that we can publish it to a local drive?

Please help us out.

Publishing is for getting your help to a server. You can generate locally and then put the information on the server by other means.
