Help required with robohelp html

We have recently upgraded to Robohelp version 6, using robohelp html.
When attempting to load a Robohelp .MPJ project from from an earlier version of Robohelp (Robohelp 2002), the program simply 'hangs' and the project fails to load.
There are no error messages.
This is a critical application and we need to be able to load and save the project.

Can anyone offer any help?

Many Thanks

We are not using merged cells but thanks for the suggestion!

The mpj file will open in robohelp 2002, but it will not save. But are trying to use the new version though.
Thanks again

I just did this and received the following error:
"RobohelpHTML: RobohelpHTML.exe Application error"
"The exception unknown software exception (0xc000000d) occurred in the application at location 0x78167709"

Any ideas?

Thanks

If you have tables with merged cells, check Peter's solution on the following Thread.

Hope this helps,

Not part of the problem, probably the whole problem.

The demo is local and that is why that is working OK.

Move the project to your hard disk and try again.

Thankyou for your quick reply. The project is on a network drive - could this be part of the problem?

The demo project works fine.

Welcome to the forum.

Open RH and then one of the supplied demo projects. Does that open OK?

Is your project on a network drive or local and is it subject to any source control?
