Help with cancellation

Hello,
I need help with resolving cancellation of teo payments - ID of transactions attached. I did not intentionally or consciously purchased any product (anything connected with adobe - Adobe Pro/Adobe Creative/Adobe whatever).
However, two payments of 99.9€ each, were already proccessed. I have two kids (5 nad 13years) and my finances are severský "tight". These two payments for something I do not use (not once - even don't know for which of wide range of offered products) makes it an existentional problem and severly worsened life conditions for me and my kids.
I would like to politely ask for considering conditions of this unfortunate situation and consent to cancel the payments and funds returning.
