I have generated my help as an HTML5 output for a web based application, what is the best solution to host it?

Normally the developers would upload the help to wherever they are installing the application and they would create a link to it.

The link would either just open the help at the default topic but ideally the developers would also create links from specific parts of the app to specific parts of the help. That is known as context sensitive help. Calling CSH Help - RoboHelp (grainge.org)
