Hover over text

Using Robohelp 2020. I am not sure if using the correct verbage but I want to be able to hover over text or an image and have text show up. For example have a warning caution image then hover over it to see a warning message. I can't figure out how to do this in my project!

Click on the image and look in Properties on the right.

Note Image Text and Alternate Text.
