How can I access a mini TOC topic from a URL?

I have mini TOCs defined in the project topics(based on the H1, H2, etc. styles). I need to access them from external URLs, is it possible to do so?

Thank you for help

I think what you mean is that you want a URL to the point in the topic that clicking the minitoc item would reach.

I can't see any way to access the minitoc as a URL. What you need to do is add a bookmark to the point in the topic and then create a URL to that bookmark.

For example, you have a heading 2 such as Deleting. You bookmark that topic (from the toolbar) and call the bookmark "Deleting". Your URL would be

    path-to-topic/topicname.htm#Deleting.
