How do I add a PDF into a Topic in RobHelp 9?

Question

I have been asked to add PDFs into a user guide which is in RoboHelp 9. I am unable to figure out how to insert the PDF into my topic. How can this be accomplished or is this impossible to do?

Hi and welcome to the RH community.Are you saying you want a link to a PDF? If so, the way I handle this is to add a hyperlink to the PDF which automatically imports the PDF and places it as a Baggage File in the Project Manager pod. When you add the hyperlink, just click the down arrow next to the "Link to" field and select File.  The RoboColum(n)  @robocolumn  Colum McAndrew
