I can generate Responsive HTML5 output and run from deskstop and tablet. How do I deploy and run Responsive HTML5 content on a smartphone? Please provide details. Thanks so much!

What do you mean by 'deploy'?

Normally, you would just take the output, put it on a webserver and let your app/site call the URL of the output. That will open the output the content in the browser. Or are you trying to create a native app?
