How do I have an apostrophe appear in the banner for a CHM Preset?

If I edit a Microsoft HTML Help preset with a string like "User's Guide" and generate the output, the resulting chm file's window shows "User's Guide".  I realize this is the hex code for an apostrophe but short of hacking the *.rhpj and/or *.preset file(s), is there a more straightforward way of using the wonderfully reimagined UI to do so?

Many thanks.

I think I would go for Developers Guide. 🙂 I doubt the users will even look at that, the content is their interest.

Otherwise I can only suggest trying Adobe Support. See https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/enterprise-support.other.html#robohelp for your Adobe Support options. The email link tcssup@adobe.com is recommended as it reaches a team dedicated to Technical Communication Suite products including RoboHelp.

Frankly, that was what I had already done, but I thought I'd give it one more shot!

Great idea. Great minds think alike or fools seldom differ. Take your pick.

If it were a bug then I think we would have seen lot's of reports of this issue. I just tried it in a simple project and got the apostrophe, not the hex value.

Try a new single topic project and let us know how you get on with that. Alternatively try one of the sample projects.

Maybe the configuration screen shots are too small to read.  Here's a bigger version of the parts of interest, respectively:

@Barry30200353uf03 - what version of RH are you using? Something may already have been done to address this.

I doubt there is a way to stop it.

You can contact support to confirm though. See the following page for support contact options. The email address is recommended as it goes to a dedicated Robohelp support team.
    https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/enterprise-support.other.html#robohelp

You could also log a bug (it doesn't do this conversion in Classic, so I would class it as a bug), but that would be a "sometime in future maybe" option. You can request features and report issues here: https://tracker.adobe.com/

Post the item number in the discussion so people can easily vote if they want the same functionality.

Thanks, Amebr.  I haven't had very good experiences with Adobe support but I will consider your suggestions.

Do note the special email address on that contact page. They are different from the normal Adobe support contacts (who don't normally know anything about Robohelp, in my experience).
