How do I stop RH2020 from Changing Hex Values to RGB Values

I have border:Solid 1px #000000; in my code, but RH2020 changes it to 1px solid rgb(0, 0, 0)

How do I stop that?

It does seem to change Solid 1px #ffffff in my code.

I know.  Like many users, I don't need my hand held.  And if I go for the update, I must schedule an appointment with desktop support to do it for me.

    Version 2020.4.173

Not in CSS or Styles.  I'm going into the HTML code to format tables. Sorry, it's quicker for me to go into the code because I often have tables cells spanning columns and rows.   I'm just surprised that my code is being changed.

First I'd update to patch 6 & see if there's any improvement of your issue - I suspect that there won't because RH has been notorious for "fixing" your coding in the HTML view to match what they think is correct.

What point version of RH2020? Is this in the Syles editor, topic HTML or CSS?
