How do you display a full (project) TOC tree in the body of topic pages instead of the default sidebar (left pane)? Is there a simple way to do this within the application? I have not yet discovered a way to do so but I may not be looking in the right place. Any suggestions?

I don't believe you can display the TOC within a page and even if you could, the sidebar would still be there for the Index and Search. The only possibility I can think of is to create a page where you create links laid out to act like a TOC and then maybe iFrame that page in. Each book would perhaps be a dropdown showing links to topics.

Maintenance would be horrible and it hardly meets your requirement of being simple.
