How to create Online (URL) Multimedia

I am using robohelp 2015 and want to imbed a streamed video.

The Online Help says that I can do this by choosing the Online (url) option as opposed to Offline (local folder).

I cannot for the life of me see this option.

I believe that option appeared as part of the recent service release. For example, here is a copy of my own dialog:

My own Help > About shows this:

So my guess is that you need to download and install the service release.
