How to create Tips of the Day?

Good Morning,

I am being asked to produce Tips of the Day that popup each time a user logs into our application. Is RoboHelp capable of creating these? If so, does anyone know where I can find more information on how this is done? I've checked the help, but didn't see anything except how to turn their tip of the day off.

I believe the implementation is up to your programmers. As a help author, you can provide them with a list of files for display, but they must institute the code that calls the file when the user logs in to the application.
