How to deactivate RH7 instance on broken harddrive

Hi,

Emergency plea to anyone online at the moment! Last night my harddrive went pop. I installed and activated a copy of my TCS on a computer at work today with success. Now I'm home I installed a second copy on another computer so I could catch up with some work, but of course I'm unable to activate it (as only two activations are allowed).

Technical support has now gone home for the evening, and I cannot find any other messages on the forum with the same problem, so I'm hoping there is some kind soul online who can help me get around this problem.

If I run the 30 day version, do I have all functionality available, save, etc?

Thanks so much for your help.

Liz

Can't be moved.

You do have full functionality with the 30 day trial and it will work on a PC that has not had a previous installation of the same version.

To activate you will have to contact the activation guys.

You simply have to explain what has happened and they will get you going again.

Thanks Peter for confirming. I'll crack on with some work.
And thanks for the link as well. I looked for ages trying to find that and failed.

Umm, this should have gone into the General Discussion folder. Would someone be kind enough to move it please?
