I have moved your post to the RoboHelp HMTL forum. Neither RoboHelp 11 or RoboHelp 2015 ship with RoboHelp for Word so I am not sure why you posted in the RoboHelp for Word forum.

I managed to downgrade from Robohelp office 2015 to version 11 via Customer care, it took about 20 minutes to chat, after that I got new serial number
