How to enable Dynamic Content Filter?

Hi, Everyone.

In RH 2019, I'm setting up Dynamic Content Filtering (DCF). But when I generate output and click on any topic, the DCF button briefly appears then disappears.

Is it simply that I haven't enabled DCF in the output preset???  I can't find the settings area for enabling DCF.

Thank you.

It should appear permanently provided you have selected your DCF in the preset. With your project, different rules seem to apply. 🙂 Did IT get things sorted?

For anyone else looking, this is 2019 New UI. Important to state that.

@29622732d8xs See the DCF section in your version in the RoboHelp Tour on my site.

Yep, that did the trick, Peter. I simply needed to select the DCF in the output preset.

    Thank you!!

PS:  Re. IT sorting out that issue -- the new forum post I created today included the solution. I've seen your response to it and will copy-and-paste that material into the original thread where I first reported that problem. (I had forgotten that I reported that problem to the forum.)

I am also having this issue. This is my first time trying to work with Dynamic Content filtering, it is also in RH 2019 and with html 5 output.  I did select the checkbox for "Use dynamic content filter in output".   When I publish the filter icon is not present. If I click refresh, it blinks very quickly and disappears.   Again, this is a first with even trying to work with it.

I'd move on up to RH2022 patch 3 to get on the latest version. Then try it out again. If it's still misbehaving (& in the sample project too), then report back.
