How to fix - Error initialising RoboSource SCCAPI connection

When I open my project in RoboHelp 7 HTML, I get the little RH Adobe RoboHelp 7 HTML window that sits there for about 5-10 minutes. Then, I get a RoboSource SCCAPI error that says, "Error initialising RoboSource SCCAPI connection. Please contact RoboSource Technical Support." When I click OK in that message (the only button you can click), then my project opens normally and I can work in it and save like normal. That error message makes me nervous, though. Does anyone know what is wrong and how to fix it? Thanks in advance for your help!
