How to format the whole robohelp file in one font type and size.

You may also be able to write a javascript to remove inline formatting, depending on exactly what is causing the different font sizes and types. If you are not familiar with javascript you will need a developer though, as the documentation for RH is very minimal and also requires knowledge of a number of different javascript libraries.

Select all the content in a topic and then click the Clear Formatting icon top right.

That should remove all inline formatting so that only your CSS styles apply.
