Question

How to get the Maximize button on IE enabled for the online help?

Hi, I use Robohelp (Adobe Communication Suite 2017 ) for generating online help and use Responsive HTML5 as the output.

After the online help is integrated with the product and the online help is launched, the Maximize button on the online help page is disabled. However, the Maximise button is enabled in Chrome.

Our customers use Internet Explorer. Do you know of a way in which the Maximize button can be enabled on Internet Explorer as well?

Regards,

Pankaja

Many thanks, Jeff and Peter. I followed your suggestions. The RoboHelp is updated and when I opened the index file in IE on my machine, the Maximize button is enabled.

I am requesting my engineering team to look into the call to the online help.

Linked to Jeff's reply, if you double click the index.htm (start page) in File Explorer, do you then see the maximise button. If you do, the problem would look to be in your call for CSH.

Are you all patched up? Have you looked at how the program is calling the CSH topic?
