How to make some changes to the Responsive HTML5 skin RoboHelp 2019 Classic

I'm creating help in Responsive HTML5 output. I want to change the Welcome to the Help Center text and the color of the Favorites button. Can someone provide instructions?

Go to Project Settings and look for Language.
