How to make the URL change for the Individual Topics?

Question

In Robohelp Classic 19, is there a way when I link to the certain topics on the page that the URL link will direct the user to that individual topic? For example when I click on the JIS Cross Reference Word-JIS and that topic. The URL never changes making it difficult for me to link to certain topics/forms.

Even with the screenshot, I'm not sure what you are trying to do & what problem you're having. Are you talking about links from one topic to another within the same RH project? Or are you talking about making links to external URLs outside of your RH topic?
