How to Open a Web Help Output

After I generate a web help successfully, and transfer the whole output folder into different location.

In the new location, which file in Output shall I open so that Web help opens as it displays at the time of generation.

When you generated the webhelp you will have set a start page. That is the file you want. Typically it will be index.htm.
