How to paste text without formatting in RoboHelp?

I have a seemingly simple task that is turning into a nightmare. I'm copying and pasting documentation from word documents in our new RH templates. Since there is no option in RH to "copy text without formatting" like in FM, it's getting messy. Some things, like paragraph styles, are pretty easy to retag. But other items, such as paragraph font within tables, won't work no matter what I try, and I have to rewrite all of the text in the cells. Does anyone have any experience and solutions for this issue?

Never tried, but I'd almost be tempted into creating a sacrificial RH project, importing the Word docs into that, massage it, then copy & paste from there into your "real" project. Or start from a Word to RTF or text source and then grab that text.
