How to perform Automatic conversion of .chm file with TOC after word document is imported

I am unable to Import a word document consisting of 290 pages into Robohelp 2020 version to generate a .chm file? I am getting the below error. Awaiting for your response.

Are you all patched up? Check Help > Updates to check - you should be on Patch 7 by now [May 2022]

No the document wasn't open, while importing into RoboHelp 2020 version
