How to remove function bar of CSH(context-sensitive help) in a Chrome Browser

I made a CSH. But the display result is different between IE and Chrome.

In an IE(left), there is no function bar, but in Chrome(right), the function bar appears.

The URL is totally the same.

I input : ...\My RoboHelp Projects\OnlineManual\!SSL!\Responsive_HTML5\index.htm?rhcsh=1&rhmapno=2

redirected : ...\My RoboHelp Projects\OnlineManual\!SSL!\Responsive_HTML5\First_Topic.htm

How can I remove the function-bar like IE?

When I display this page in an iframe, the function bar is disappeared. It is resolved.

What version of RH are you running? Classic or New UI (RH2019)? What skin did you use? Have you tried others to see if there's any difference?
