How to remove TOC pane or Show link?

Hi all:

We need to create a webhelp project with no visible TOC.

Is it possible to either:

* Remove the TOC pane from the skin. I have looked but cannot see a way to do this.

* Remove the Show link that displays at the top of the topic when the TOC is hidden.

You can disable the TOC in the SSL settings. On the page Navigation, uncheck the TOC option.

You can also disable the link in the SSL settings. On the page Navigation, uncheck Show Navigation Pane Link in Topics.
