HTML Text box within a Drop Down Text box

Hi,

I'm currently using RH7, and have topics which include drop down text boxes with HTML text boxes within them. when i publish the file (HTML Help) some of the HTML boxes are showing as blank. when i preview the topics before generating they are showing ok, so i'm at a bit of a loss as to why some are working but others aren't, any ideas?
