Hyperlink error

Question

I'm not sure why the below hyperlink isn't working.  Even though I entered the actual path for the file, users are getting an error message stating that the path is mapped to a local drive and therefore is not accessible.  I've deleted the old link and create a new one but it's still not working.  Any ideas?

Hi thereNormally when you have a link that fails like that it is incorrectly mapped. I'm not sure what you mean with "the below hyperlink" as no screen capture or whatever was posted.
