Hyperlinks in a Robohelp 11 project

Hi,

My project has all the topics linking from Word documents. It has a lot of folders like the figure. From one document I need to link it to another topic in the project.

I do that using "Insert Hyperlink...", but when I generate the HTML5 Layout it doesn't work.

Can you tell me Why?

Hi there

While it's always helpful to have a screen capture to share, unfortunately we need more info on this.

For example, try double-clicking the hyperlink you are having problems with and capture the dialog that should result.

Thanks for answer.

This is the screen capture of the hyperlink.

In the folowing screen capture you can see the hyperlink, but when I generate HTML5 Layout it doesn't work.

Question here.

After you generate and test where the link doesn't work, are you certain the topic you are linking to exists in the output?

Are you able to open it in any different way? For example, by searching or from the Table of Contents?
