I am having problems importing Robohelp 19 project into Robohelp 2020 app

I created a project with Robohelp 2019 trial version. I purchase the product and downloaded version 2020. I tried importing my project to version 2020 and it does not work. Do I have to do something else?

    Is your 2019 project in the New UI or the Classic version?

    By "importing" do you mean that you open RH 2020, then select File > Upgrade Robohelp Classic Project? Do you get any errors?
