I am using Robohelp 9. I have generated the primary layout and when I select to view the primary layout the screen just flashes and nothing appears. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you! Lisa

First please tell us how you created this post. Just lately we have seen a spate of posts where the title is exactly the same as the post.

The question was how rather than where. Did you type the same information into both the title and the body or paste it from one to the other, or has the forum copied it from one to the other?

Sorry to pursue this but I am trying to get to the bottom of why suddenly we are seeing this problem from a number of people.
