I bought & download elements 14 for win but need it for Mac. I Need refund and buy the one for mac. Please help

Unfortunately your question isn't related to RoboHelp. Regardless, I'm not sure of any of the other forums where this would be a better fit. You mention "Elements" but I believe there is more than one product with that name. (Premiere Elements, Photoshop Elements, etc.)

What is the exact product please?
