I do not have the microcontent option. I just updated to RoboHelp 2019.0.14. I ceated a new project and still do not have the microcontent option. Do I need to do something to get the microcontent option?

Always test with a copy of your project first before jumping into the new version - you can run multiple versions of RH on the same machine - just be careful on how you open your projects that you don't accidentally upgrade your "real" project before you're ready.

@Armelle5C15 depends on if you are already on a subscription plan or a perpetual license, If on a subscription, you should be able to download it and use it; if on a perpetual, you will need to purchase a subscription plan.

Hi Jeff,

I'm on a subsription plan. I read in another post that I should complete the "Start your 30-day free trial" form, download RH2020 and my plan will be "updated" with no additional fees. Right?

But is that some tips I should know before upgrading my project to 2020? (wich is huge and already upgraded in RH2019 from RH Classic!)

Thanks!

Armelle

Hi,

How can I get RH 2020 ? I jave already updated the RH 2019 to RoboHelp 2019.0.14.

Is it necessary to buy a new plan or change it?

Thanks!

Armelle
