I just had to reinstall RoboHelp HTML11 on a 64-bit machine and the Updates option under the Help menu is grayed out.

After the reimaging and reinstallation of RoboHelp 11, the Help > Updates option is grayed out.  I need to install a couple of updates to get the version back to 11.0.4.291 to match the other developers machines.  How do I make that menu option available?

It sounds like RoboHelp was installed by someone else who has admin rights and you do not. Patches have to be installed by someone with admin rights.

If the issue is rights, that won't help as the download will not install.

However, worth a try in case it is something else.

Thanks everyone.  I was able to install the patch as an administrator and that updated the version and activated the Help > Updates option.
