I need to reinstall RH 2019 to a newer computer. I have an active license. Can anyone help with how to reinstall RH19?

I am currently using RH 2019 for a desktop software applicaiton, and need to reinstall RH2019 to a new computer due to system crash.  Is there a link to do so for my licesned version? Thank you for any help can provide. Matt

    There isn’t a direct link to a 2019 download but Support can help you as long as you have your serial number or proof of purchase.

    See https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/enterprise-support.other.html#robohelp for your Adobe Support options. The email link tcssup@adobe.com is recommended as it reaches a team dedicated to Technical Communication Suite products including RoboHelp.

    I’m assuming you are wanting to stick with RoboHelp Classic rather than moving on to the new UI versions.

    Your issue is going to be deactivating the copy on the crashed machine if you can’t get on it to launch RH. Try going to https://account.adobe.com/security/ and deactivate the old machine there. Then you should be able to go to https://account.adobe.com/products to download the software and activate it again.
